Have I mentioned it's summer, yet? Because it's summer again in St. Louis, where night comes later and mornings comes earlier. I remember summer sometimes, for almost a second. So very long ago it repsented hotter working, longer days, and more relaxing nights....and now it's shorter days, dark humidity, and a counting down till the colder seasons I've grown to long for.
Business meetings will begin in less than an hour, so I haven't much to say tonight.
Petit mort, my "little death" of the day, has not made the heaviness of my heart any less. But I am not a child who can stay hidden under the covers till my problems become better. I am not a child any longer. I am his elder and yet the length of time we've been alive makes it impossible to count age anymore.
To work though for now...
